Starting in September, VACON, one of Europe’s leading innovators in ac variable speed drive technology, will be touring the UK and Ireland with a demonstration truck equipped with a comprehensive selection of the company’s latest products. The tour will not only provide opportunities for drives users around the country to examine these products and see them in action, but also to discuss their own specific requirements with VACON’s experts.
Among the products that will be available for inspection on the truck are the new VACON 10 and VACON 20 drives which combine versatility with compact construction and exceptional value for money, VACON 20 X drives which have an IP66 rating that allows them to be used in even the toughest of environments indoor and outdoor without further protection, and VACON 20 CP cold plate drives that offer a very cost-effective option for mounting within OEM’s own control panels.
All of the drives will be arranged so that they can be seen in operation, and experienced engineers from VACON will be on hand to explain their benefits and to discuss applications.

The VACON demonstration truck tour of the UK will start in Northern Ireland on the 1st September and ends on Friday 13th September in Aberdeen, with visits to Dublin, Newport, Nottingham, Rotherham, Blackburn and other destinations in between.
