For a limited period only, Industrial Tooling (ITC) is offering customers a chance to purchase a range of hand held Air Turbine tools for deburring, mould making, engraving, finishing and trimming applications. Until May 30th 2015, ITC will be selling the high speed pneumatic units at a one-time only offer price that starts at £273.

With five products on offer that include the 201SV, 525SV, 0145SSV, 206XSV and 310RXSV, ITC is selling these pneumatically driven units for an exclusive one-time only price. The 0145SSV is a palm held tool that gives the user fine control for close proximity work. This well balanced, low vibration 6oz tool is ideal for polishing, marking or deburring as it is comfortable and exact with a 0.15kW motor and speed range from 40,000 to 65,000rpm. It is available for £273.

The 201SV is a light and durable high torque and low vibration unit to end vibration white finger. Ideal for fast, accurate close proximity work from deburring to engraving at a constant 65,000rpm or polishing at 40,000rpm, the 201SV is remarkably quiet at just 65dBA. The price for this is £275 from ITC.

Slightly larger for finishing or trimming metals; the light, powerful and comfortable 525SV “pencil” style tool features a slim barrel style that provides easy access for hard-to-reach areas. Created to reduce fatigue and stress injuries, the 0.34kW motor requires an air inlet pressure of 90psi to provide a tool rotation speed of 30,000 to 40,000rpm. This tool is available at £295.

Power in your hands, the new 206XSV tool is a light, comfortable and high torque tool. The constant high speed and torque from the patented double turbine system gives you greater accuracy. With no vanes to vibrate or repair, this maintenance free super low vibration solution can be shipped to you for £302.

For robust and demanding applications, ITC is now giving you the opportunity to purchase your own quiet, maintenance free precision tool. With a 1.04kW motor, the 310RXSV has collet capacities of 1/4” and 6mm. Developed for use in heavy-duty applications from die finishing and slotting to weld removal, the extra power makes this tool excel when cutting composites, plastics, wood and fibre glass. An effective tool and a competitive price.
